All orders will be sent by post or courier. The costs of delivery is dependent on the product weight.
All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order.
It is expected that all orders, unless you wish otherwise, will be despatched within 5 working days.
Damages and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure somebody is at the delivery address to take delivery. AS ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON RECEIPT
Any returned orders due to failed delivery/collection will be refunded minus the outgoing postage charge once the items are back with us you will then need to reorder should you still require your items.
Where it is not the fault of Just Gift Bags, and you wish to return goods which are not faulty these can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of receiving the goods. After that period we may make a handling charge of 15% of the original purchase price. This maybe waived where goods are exchanged. The original cost of postage and packing is not refundable. Refunds will only be considered for goods returned within 14 days of their despatch date. If you require to return goods and replace them with alternative products no handling charge will be made .However Just Gift Bags are not responsible for resulting carriage costs
All goods that are returned will need a returns authorization number. Please contact us if you wish to return any item, so we can issue a returns authorization number. Any goods returned without a returns authorization number will be subject to a additional 15% handling charge NO EXCEPTIONS.
